Materials testing
Your material is not listed in our portfolio, or would you like to confirm its compatibility with Pellnex pellet mills?
Not all materials react the same way to the pelleting process, which is why Pellnex offers compatibility and technical performance testing services. Send us a sample—preferably from different batches or compositions—for technical analysis at our facility. Each sample processing costs R$ 3,000.00, a value that covers preparation tests, pelleting, and a detailed technical report. During the test, our team evaluates moisture, density, thermal behavior, and compaction yield, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
This process ensures that your material is fully compatible with our equipment, allowing you to produce high-quality, stable, and uniform pellets. Testing also helps determine the ideal machine model and any necessary adjustments to raw material preparation, offering security and accuracy in your investment.
